Our goal is to help you become better prepared for whatever life decides to throw your way, from power outages to natural disasters, pandemics to the dreaded End Of The World As We Know It.
Across the top of the page, you’ll find buttons to take you to the different areas of our site. Most of those links are self-explanatory. The About Us page, for example, is where you’ll find information about the folks behind the scenes here.
We have a few different blogs, too, all accessible from the button at the top of the page. The Library at the End of the World is where you’ll find reviews of fiction, non-fiction, and movies. The Self-Reliant Woman is filled with memories from Deborah in the UP’s time living off-grid. The SW Blog is sort of a catch-all, where you’ll find practical survival information as well as commentary on various current events and such.

Also of note, many of the links you’ll find throughout the site are affiliate links. This means that by clicking on them and purchasing items, we earn a small (pitiful, really, if we’re being honest) fee. The price you pay doesn’t change, we just get an extremely small piece of the action.
