The Nite Ize Pock-Its pouch is an excellent option to consider for EDC. It holds a surprising number of items and is comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

The flap is held closed by strong velcro. Under the flap, you can see there are several pockets for your gear. I’ve outfitted this one with a small flashlight, a folding knife, a ferro rod and striker, and a Gerber Dime multi-tool.

There are two large, deep pockets that will accommodate pretty much any pocket size flashlight and any common multi-tool.

There is another pocket at the bottom edge of the pouch. There is a bit of elastic built in to the front of that pocket, allowing you to carry items a bit larger than you might think at first glance.

There are two elastic loops on one side of the Pock-Its pouch, perfect for a ferro rod or a pen. On the other side is a plastic loop and clip, great for keys or small keychain type tools.

The Nite Ize Pock-Its pouch is a great solution for those who want to carry a multi-tool, knife, flashlight, and other EDC odds and ends but don’t want to overload their belt or pockets. Personally, it works great for me because I often have to go in and out of government buildings throughout the day due to my line of work. Obviously, they don’t allow folks to walk into a courthouse with a knife, a Leatherman, and such. Rather than doing a pocket dump in the car every time, I can just unclip the Pock-Its pouch and toss it in the glove box.

The pouch itself is made from a strong fabric. The belt attachment point is a plastic clip rather than a fabric belt loop. The clip is riveted to the pouch, making it rather strong. I appreciate this clip style of attachment as it allows me to remove the Pock-Its pouch without having to undo my belt.

With the flap closed, the Nite Ize Pock-Its measures about 7″ high and 4.25″ across. The thickness will, of course, depend upon the items you put into it.
